The Centre has appointed Anshu Prakash, a 1986 batch AGMUT (Arunachal Pradesh, Goa, Mizoram, Union Territories) officer, presently working as a chief secretary of Delhi, as an additional secretary, following the vacancy caused by Sivasailam's movement.
